The Management Suite is a boutique strategic management firm that focuses on organizational development. As a firm we identify and implement strategies to influence the desired behaviors of employees and customers for favorable business outcomes. Our efforts help micro business owners improve their leadership, build company culture, and increase retention for their teams and their customers.

Meet

Monique McLeod

Founder

Monique McLeod holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management from Saint Leo University, entering the startup and small business sector post-graduation to leverage her expertise. As the founder of The Management Suite, a boutique strategic management firm, she specializes in cultivating cult brands through organizational development. Monique excels in fostering strong leadership qualities, culture development, and retention, utilizing her superpowers of introspection and effective communication. Notable contributions include course writing for Shaw University’s Aspire entrepreneurship program and serving as a Program Coordinator at Synapse Florida.

Committed to community success, Monique is a member of the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and part of the 2022 Minority Empowerment Program cohort. She also serves as a fractional Director of Operations for a digital marketing automation agency. Previous roles include contributing to the Black Innovation Alliance, starting her career at Sherwin Williams, and managing a $1M retail store before pivoting into Facility Operations within the chemical coatings industry. Outside of work, Monique values rest and relaxation, enjoying peaceful moments at home in Tampa, Florida, or in serene environments with good food and no plans.

Where it all began

Not so long ago...

Monique, our founder, holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management. During her graduate studies, she worked as a contractor for a digital marketing automation agency, assisting online service providers. Facing challenges in securing a corporate job post-graduation due to pandemic-induced workforce displacement, Monique decided to leverage her expertise by establishing The Management Suite—a boutique strategic management firm born out of her passion for strategic planning.

Then we evolved...

In 2021, Monique focused on shaping the direction of The Management Suite through dedicated learning. She delved into books, earned certifications, and collaborated with diverse individuals to gain valuable experience.

She obtained a Post-Crisis Leadership Certification, equipping business owners for unprecedented challenges, facilitating pivots, and fostering ongoing innovation. Additionally, Monique acquired a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification, aiming to enhance businesses’ employee experiences.
